Claim eligible DLC items at a Spirit Mirror, then use Change Appearance once that menu is available. Musashi’s outfits, haori, sword appearances and gauntlet appearances change his look. They do not apply the clothing, sword or gauntlet stat enhancements bought in Enhance Equipment/Abilities. Charms are equipped separately in Main Menu → Equipment → Charms.
How to claim and change an appearance
- Make sure the game and any owned add-on are installed under the purchasing account.
- Visit a Spirit Mirror and claim the items included with that purchase.
- Open Change Appearance after it becomes available through story progress.
- Select an unlocked outfit, haori, sword appearance or gauntlet appearance.
- For a bundled charm, leave the appearance menu and open Equipment → Charms.

Why a different outfit does not raise your stats
Change Appearance controls presentation. Equipment Enhancement controls clothing, sword and gauntlet growth, and charms add their own equipped effects. These systems can be used together: keep the look you enjoy while improving the equipment track that helps your next fight.
For example, choosing the Crimson Lotus gauntlet appearance does not add a percentage damage bonus against Genma. To strengthen the gauntlet, use its actual enhancement track. Likewise, the Red Armor outfit is a visual choice; clothing enhancements are where you improve the underlying equipment.
If an owned item is missing
Check the name of the pack you own, then compare the categories above. Premium additions are not all part of the base Deluxe Kit. Purchase bonuses such as Sealed Curse or White Lion also depend on the offer attached to your order.
Return to the Spirit Mirror after claiming the pack and check the correct category. A charm will appear in Equipment rather than the appearance picker. If the add-on has not been installed, use your platform’s add-on management screen and reopen the game.

Does Red Armor give a combat bonus?
The Red Armor outfit is cosmetic. Clothing enhancements are a separate progression system and do affect stats.

Are Raizan and Enryuu separate combat weapons?
