How to enhance charms at Enma’s Hall
Return to Rokudo-chinnoji Temple and enter Enma’s Hall. The charm enhancement interaction is beside the Spirit Mirror area. Charms have three levels; improving one uses both Red Souls and Favor, with offerings providing Favor. Select the charm you actually equip before spending on the next level.
For a first clear, improve a small working set instead of spreading every resource across the collection. Read the next level’s effect in the enhancement menu and decide whether it addresses the fight you are losing. A charm left unequipped contributes nothing to that attempt.
- Collect offerings while exploring and turn them into Favor.
- Check Yorimasa’s Monument when its stock expands, but account for purchase limits.
- Keep enough resources for the charms you intend to carry into the finale.
Equip a charm and expand your capacity
Open Equipment from the main menu, then choose Charms and fill an available slot. The Charm Capacity skills expand how many you can equip as the relevant ability upgrades open during story progression.
If a newly earned charm seems to do nothing, check that it is equipped. Buying or enhancing a charm and selecting it for the current loadout are separate steps. For a practical comparison, change one slot at a time and retry the same encounter.
Quest rewards and edition bonuses
Oni Lady, Little Dancer and Mentor belong to the Deluxe Kit. Lion Dog and White Monkey have appeared in purchase bonus offers. Those bonuses are separate from the 15 quest rewards above; check the contents attached to your purchase before trying to claim one at the Spirit Mirror.
